Key Responsibilities
Working alongside a growing team of HRBPs and People Ops partners, you will help shape and execute HR strategy, bringing a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, building as they go, and helping leaders successfully scale organizations in a fast-moving environment.
Partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high-performing organizations while supporting delivery of an ambitious product roadmap.
Advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies to ensure teams are structured to meet evolving business and product priorities.
Coaching managers and leaders through the challenges of hypergrowth, including scaling teams, leading through change, developing talent, and building strong management practices.
Helping leaders build high-performing organizations through clear expectations, accountability, continuous feedback, and consistent performance standards.
Partnering with Engineering leadership and Finance on headcount planning, hiring prioritization, and organizational investments aligned to roadmap delivery and business goals.
Driving talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and promotion discussions to build leadership bench strength and support long-term organizational growth.
Using organizational health, engagement, attrition, and workforce data to proactively identify risks, inform decisions, and improve team effectiveness.
Supporting leaders through organizational changes, ensuring teams remain aligned, engaged, and able to execute as the business scales.
Accelerating the effectiveness of new managers and leaders through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing leadership development.
Managing employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing business objectives, employee experience, and organizational risk.
Partnering with People Operations to build scalable people programs, processes, and manager enablement that support a rapidly growing technical organization.
Serving as a trusted thought partner who brings data, business insight, and practical solutions to help leaders make informed people decisions and execute with confidence.

Required Skills & Abilities
7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategies.
Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels using data, sound judgment, and credibility.
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
Strong judgment in employee relations and navigating complex people situations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder mindset.
Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.
We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 10% of travel to be successful. We encourage our people partners to join the departments they support at things like Sales QBRs, Engineering Planning Onsites, etc.
