Implementation & Activation Associate Manager

Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at a junior and intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & activation.
Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
Take the lead in delivering best in class campaigns, in line with all planned parameters, in an efficient, effective, compliant, and future facing way, in line with WPP Media best practice.
Lead the development and presentation of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
Oversee workflow of direct reports, swiftly escalating issues as they arise.
Motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual, team and org goals.
