As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Support the team in conducting Paid Search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads and others.
Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses and agencies on SEM/SEA activities for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA).
Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
Report and assist in billing reconciliation (depending on the role).
Participate in meetings with GOC and WPP Media teams.
Gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals.

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:  
Fluency in English (B2/C1).
0.5+ years of practical experience in Paid Search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads. Experience with other platforms (Microsoft/Bing, Apple, SA360) is a strong bonus.
Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, GA4, GTM, and GMC is a plus.
Eagerness to work directly from Poland (Warsaw, Poznań, or Kraków preferred).
Enthusiasm for learning new things, implementing, and testing new opportunities in the global market.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
