About the Job
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and ...
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
Key Responsibilities
ElevenLabs is scaling fast globally - and so is the complexity behind how we buy. Our vendor base spans AI infrastructure, cloud, data providers, SaaS tooling, contractors, agencies, and global services, often with usage-based pricing, fast-changing needs, and contracts that can become expensive or messy if not managed early.
Procurement is the function that helps us move quickly without creating vendor sprawl, missed renewals, unclear ownership, or surprise commitments. The outcome is simple: better commercial terms, cleaner approval paths, stronger spend visibility, and vendor processes that support scale without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
The ideal person is an AI-native commercial operator: analytical, commercially sharp, low-ego, and hands-on. They use AI tools naturally to work faster, think from first principles, and are excited by building simple systems that make complex vendor spend easier to understand, manage, and improve.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or high-growth environment.
Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud/infrastructure commitments, enterprise tooling, contractors, agencies, and professional services.
AI-native working style: actively uses AI tools to improve sourcing, vendor analysis, renewal tracking, contract review, reporting, documentation, and workflow design.
Able to build simple procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, vendor onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting without adding unnecessary friction.
Able to work effectively across US and European time zones, partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, AP, GTM, and business owners.
