About the Job
Senior Social Media Manager - Contract- Maternity leave coverage
We’re building the most trusted, evidence-based education platform in women’s midlife health—and social is one of our most powerful growth and cultural channels.
This isn’t a “post and report” social role. This is an opportunity to help make Midi the most trusted, talked-about, and shared voice in midlife health by creating platform-native content that reaches millions of women, earns meaningful engagement, drives brand relevance, and supports real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Social Media Manager, you will own the day-to-day strategy, creative direction, and execution of Midi’s social channels, including: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube. You’ll help define how Midi shows up culturally, build community, create content that earns attention, and establish social as a meaningful driver of brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Reporting to the Director of Content, you’ll partner closely with influencer, creative, growth, integrated, lifecycle, community, editorial, PR, and clinical teams to ensure social insights and storytelling are integrated across the customer journey.
Develop and execute Midi’s social media strategy across platforms, defining content pillars, audience engagement strategies, and channel priorities.
Establish platform-specific approaches that balance brand consistency with native social behavior.
Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, and cultural trends to continuously evolve our approach.
