ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

ElevenReader is our fastest growing app that brings content to life for consumers. As we scale globally, we need a Growth Marketer who can turn creative ideas and strategic partnerships into one of our most powerful acquisition channels.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of growth campaigns that bring millions of new users to ElevenReader through partnerships, integrated marketing, and innovative activations. Think: loyalty programs, co-marketing campaigns, OOH activations, offer-based collaborations, retail partnerships, and testing entirely new distribution channels.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of growth marketing, creative, partnerships, and performance marketing. You’ll develop creative campaigns, launch new acquisition channels, build scalable partnership playbooks, and rigorously measure what works. You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing to ensure every activation drives measurable full-funnel user growth while strengthening the ElevenReader brand.
Building and scaling strategic consumer partnerships that drive acquisitions for ElevenReader
Developing integrated marketing campaigns spanning partnerships, paid media, email, social, OOH, PR, and product surfaces
Expanding existing telecom & loyalty partnerships while launching new opportunities with partnersIdentifying and launching new distribution channels across loyalty platforms, retail, education, public sector, travel, and commerce.
Creating bundled value propositions that make ElevenReader a compelling consumer benefit or offer
Managing co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners from creative development through launch and post-campaign analysis
Writing compelling campaign messaging, design copy, landing pages, and emails/push that convert
Partnering with Design to produce best-in-class creative assets while maintaining exceptional brand quality
Measuring campaign performance across attribution models, incrementality, CAC, LTV, retention, and ROAS, continuously optimizing for business growth

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, consumer marketing, or integrated marketing at a high-growth technology or consumer company
Exceptional growth marketing instincts — equally comfortable developing creative campaigns and analyzing acquisition performance
Experience launching and scaling partnership marketing programs that drive measurable user acquisition
Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, ROAS, incrementality, and performance analytics
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for memorable campaigns and high-converting, differentiated messaging.
Strong creative judgment and taste. You know what great marketing looks like and can work effectively with designers and creative teams.
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional launches simultaneously.
Experience with lifecycle and loyalty marketing programs that improve acquisition and retention
Experience with performance marketing and affiliates
Curiosity about emerging distribution opportunities and the creativity to turn unconventional partnerships into scalable growth channels.
