SEO & GEO Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise across SEO, GEO, analytics, and reporting, with a proven ability to translate complex data into brilliant, actionable strategies.
Leadership Chops: Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing mid-level and junior staff, helping them build their craft capability.
Client-Facing Brilliance: Stellar communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement in client satisfaction.
Commercial Acumen: Solid experience in monitoring project profitability, managing team resourcing, and assisting with scoping and new business pitches.
Tech-Agility: A tool-agnostic, adaptable mindset with the ability to confidently navigate diverse platforms, search engines, and market research tools.
