Tasks
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI literacy programs for non-technical employees across all departments
- Identify skill gaps and translate them into structured learning journeys
- Curate and build content on AI tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI use
- Collaborate with team leads to embed AI learning into daily workflows not just one-off workshops
- Evaluate learning impact with real metrics, not just satisfaction scores
- Stay ahead of the curve: you know what's coming before it hits the mainstream
Requirements
What you bring
- 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or a related field
- Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools (not just ChatGPT on the weekend)
- The ability to make complex topics accessible without dumbing them down
- Strong facilitation skills you can hold a room of skeptics and a room of enthusiasts equally well
- Comfort with ambiguity: this role is partly yours to define
Nice to have
- Background in organizational development or change management
- Experience in a scale-up environment
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
