ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
Key Responsibilities
As we grow in Europe, we're looking for an exceptional regional comms lead to build and protect our reputation across the continent. You'll raise ElevenLabs' profile, shape how we're understood, and run campaigns that demonstrate our value in every major EU market. You'll also help build the infrastructure for an elite European comms operation, acting as the connective tissue between global and regional teams and ensuring everyone is well-equipped to tell our story.
Define and own the European communications strategy, building our reputation as we expand across the region
Design and run creative, high engagement campaigns across media, social, and events
Shape the regional narrative: developing our positioning, turning global news into local stories, and creating original European moments
Spot reputational risks early and act to mitigate them
Build relationships with journalists, influencers, customers, industry bodies, and event organisers
Support executives with media interviews and speaking opportunities
Partner across sales, marketing, policy, legal, and deployment – especially with the GMs and marketing leads who are spearheading our global expansion
Define the operating model for comms in Europe, and manage agencies as required in specific markets.
Required Skills & Abilities
Experience managing communications across multiple European markets
Strong relationships with journalists at top-tier publications, plus a demonstrable track record of pitching stories and handling difficult corporate issues
A firm grasp of Europe's political, regulatory, economic, and cultural landscape
A knack for unusually creative comms campaigns, including non-traditional tactics and channels
Excellent written and verbal communication
The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with nascent operating models
