Own and execute key Retail & Commerce partnerships and pipeline opportunities, from prospecting and opening doors through commercial negotiation, launch and ongoing growth

6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management or a related commercial role
A strong track record of opening doors, building senior relationships and winning or managing enterprise partnerships
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases, understand P&L drivers and negotiate effectively
Experience owning opportunities end to end, from prospecting through negotiation, execution and growth
Ability to handle pushback, navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams, with the judgment to lead independently and bring in senior stakeholders when needed
