About the Job
As a Global Alliance Director at vCluster Labs, you aren't just managing a partner relationship; you are building the alliance that decides how the world's AI factories get built. NVIDIA is the center of gravity of the AI infrastructure ecosystem, and vCluster is the tenancy layer that turns raw GPU infrastructure i...
As a Global Alliance Director, NVIDIA, your role will include:

Key Responsibilities
Owning the global alliance strategy: You will serve as vCluster's dedicated alliance owner and primary point of contact for NVIDIA - strategy, executive alignment, program agreements, and business reviews. You will build trusted relationships across NVIDIA's GTM leadership, solutions architecture, product and engineering, partner programs, and field sales, and continuously monitor NVIDIA's roadmap, open-source initiatives, and organizational changes to spot opportunities and mitigate risk before anyone else does.
Building the sell-to motion: You will champion vCluster's position inside NVIDIA's own AI infrastructure direction and platform stack - including NVIDIA's open-source AI factory frameworks and bare-metal tenancy initiatives, where vCluster and vMetal serve as the abstraction and experience layer - so vCluster becomes part of how NVIDIA builds and recommends AI factories.
Building the sell-with motion: You will design, launch, and scale repeatable co-sell plays targeting mutual customers across NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs), GPU-specialized AI Clouds, sovereign AI programs, hyperscalers, and large enterprises building AI factories - driving account mapping, joint pipeline development, and field-to-field engagement, then connecting resulting opportunities to vCluster's regional sellers, channel partners, and OEM alliances to close.
Driving technical and marketing alignment: You will represent NVIDIA's technology requirements - DPU/DPF and BlueField data paths, DGX and SuperPOD environments, NVL-class systems, NVIDIA AI Enterprise - inside vCluster Product and Engineering, drive joint validation through NVIDIA's ISV and certification programs, and build the enablement engine that makes vCluster the easiest "yes" in an NVIDIA seller's deal.
Constructing multi-party ecosystem plays: You will build "4-in-a-box" plays that combine NVIDIA, vCluster, and OEM, storage, and GSI partners around real customer outcomes - joint reference architectures, co-marketing, and demand generation that NVIDIA sellers can run without us in the room.
Owning the partnership number: You will report partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, joint bookings contribution, integration and certification milestones, and field activation to vCluster leadership - with MEDDPICC on every joint opportunity and weekly pipeline inspection. Data over opinions. Process over heroics.
Alliance leadership at scale: 10+ years in strategic alliances, partner sales, business development, or ecosystem leadership in enterprise software or AI infrastructure, with a proven track record building a strategic technology alliance that produced significant, measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Deep NVIDIA ecosystem experience: You have managed an NVIDIA alliance, co-sold with NVIDIA field teams, or operated deeply within the NVIDIA Partner Network and GPU ecosystem - and you know how to navigate a massive, matrixed organization from senior technical decision-makers to GTM leadership.
AI infrastructure fluency: Working understanding of NVIDIA's technologies and programs (GPUs, DGX, SuperPOD, networking/DPUs, AI Enterprise, NCP, ISV certification) and of Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure - enough to earn credibility with architects and translate it into business value, ROI, and outcomes for executives.
Influence without authority: Demonstrated ability to mobilize cross-functional teams - Product, Engineering, Marketing, regional sales - on both sides of an alliance, without direct organizational control.
Operating rigor: Consultative, outcomes-based style with disciplined qualification (MEDDPICC or equivalent), forecasting hygiene, and reporting discipline.
Builder's instinct: Comfort operating in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment. You compress timelines rather than manage them - a builder, not a caretaker.
Existing NVIDIA relationships: A live network across NVIDIA partner programs, solutions architecture, or field sales that shortens your ramp.
Open-source ecosystem familiarity: Experience positioning open-source-born platforms inside large vendor ecosystems.
Multi-party deal construction: History of building OEM, storage, or GSI plays around an anchor silicon partner.
MBA or equivalent commercial depth: Useful for program structuring and executive business reviews.
We are a venture-backed tech startup and the company pioneering Kubernetes virtualization for the AI era. We raised +$30M from top-tier VCs such as Khosla Ventures (first investor in OpenAI, GitLab, Stripe, Doordash) and are in a hyper-growth phase looking for motivated people to complement our team. Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe and we have a remote-first work culture.
We are the leading platform for operating GPU infrastructure, enabling AI Cloud providers to deliver a hyperscaler-like experience to their customers and AI factories that need to build that same experience for their internal teams. Our platform delivers the full operational stack operators need to run their GPU data centers — managed Kubernetes, fast isolated tenant provisioning, and automated node provisioning and lifecycle management — enabling them to accelerate time to value, reduce operational burden, and maximize the ROI of every GPU.
We're the company behind vCluster, an open-source technology for virtualizing Kubernetes (10k+ GitHub stars, 40M+ virtual clusters created since 2021). Open source is part of our DNA. At KubeCon North America 2025, we launched our Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI — a Kubernetes-native framework purpose-built for running AI, ML, and GPU-intensive workloads anywhere, with an NVIDIA-validated reference architecture for DGX systems.
