About the Job

Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC)Employment Type: Full-TimeFLSA Status: ExemptCompensation: $55 - $70 / hour, based on geographic locationReports To: Nurse Practitioner ManagerWork Loca

Key Responsibilities

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day.
It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. If you’re the kind of clinician who runs efficient visits without sacrificing warmth, closes every loop without being reminded, and moves comfortably between patients and platforms, you’ll feel at home here.
Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common:
They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling
They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change
They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it
They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one
They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment
They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care
