Director, Growth Marketing

For your first six months, you will step in as Director, Marketing, owning the marketing function while our Global Director, Marketing is on parental leave.

You will run the plan, the team, and the day to day, keeping everything moving without missing a beat. You will also spend that time building a strong understanding of the business, our customers, our product, how the team works, and where the biggest opportunities sit in our growth marketing engine.

After the six-month parental leave cover, you will hand the function back and hit the ground running into the role of Director, Growth Marketing, reporting into the Global Director, Marketing, and owning growth as a function.

8+ years in performance, growth, or digital marketing, including experience leading a team. 
Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows, or clear examples of what you'd build. 
Channel expertise across all or some of paid search, paid social, AEO, CRO, or lifecycle. 
A sharp understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and signal quality. 
Comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and statistical smarts without needing a data team to interpret results for you. 
Bonus if you've scaled paid acquisition across markets outside of New Zealand and Australia. 
You build the case for what we should invest in and why, and you're comfortable presenting that case and the results. 
Experience working in cross-functional, dynamic environments.
