Horizon3 is seeking an EMEA Partner Operations Manager to lead operational execution across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Required Skills & Abilities
4+ years of experience in Partner, Channel, Revenue, or Sales Operations.
Experience supporting partner ecosystems across multiple EMEA markets.
Experience with partner onboarding, deal registration, partner portals, QBRs, enablement, or channel governance.
Strong understanding of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, attribution, conversion, and closed-won reporting.
Ability to adapt global processes to regional requirements while maintaining consistent controls and data quality.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM, PRM, BI, portal, or workflow systems.
Strong analytical, operational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
A track record of building and improving scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
Experience with EMEA distributors and multi-tier channel models.
Familiarity with cloud marketplaces, MSSP/MSP, reseller, or referral motions.
Experience supporting localized programs, enablement, communications, or compliance requirements.
Fluency in an additional EMEA language.
Experience building executive dashboards, QBRs, scorecards, or regional operating reviews.
