Strong Communicator: You can drive clarity and distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire teams and resonate with users, turning insights into action.
Hunger and Speed: Speed isn't just a preference for you—it's a way of life. You thrive in a high-energy environment where rapid iteration and bold moves are the default, not the exception.
Outcome Mindset: You're not a feature factory—you're a strategic mastermind who reverse-engineers success. Every decision you make is laser-focused on driving measurable business impact, turning product vision into tangible results.
Hiring Manager Interview [30m]: Chat with Hiring Manager about past experiences and interests to assess role and company fit.

We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. This is a senior role, but we focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $240,000 - $320,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
