Experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role) within consumer-facing product teams 
Experience applying methods for statistical inference (e.g. Bayesian, Frequentist) and analysing A/B tests 
Experience in planning and completing analytical tasks on time, being responsible for gathering and defining analysis requirements and having the courage to challenge misconceptions. 
The ability to simplify and articulate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and easy-to-digest outputs for diverse audiences. 
Experience with common analytics tools used for tracking and analysing user behaviour, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. 
Proficiency in SQL and Python/R, coupled with knowledge of ETL processes and foundational data engineering principles.
