Minimum 2 years' experience working in a business development or sales execution role preferred
Strong sales skills and attitude, a natural closer who is well-spoken, personable, and confident on the phone
Highly motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability toward targets and deadlines
Autonomous and results-driven with a history of achieving ambitious targets under time pressure
Analytical with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and achievements
Ability to work in a highly dynamic, competitive, and rapidly changing environment, open to shifts in responsibilities and workflows as the business evolves
