About the Job
Track record of leading loan origination and new customer onboarding, optimizing approval rates while mitigating fraud and credit risk
Strong analytical and data fluency with experience using business metrics to drive product strategy and prioritization
Experience with different AI tools and techniques to accelerate personal and/or squad productivity
Required Skills & Abilities
6+ years of Product Management experience, including experience supporting fintech, payments, lending, or financial services platforms
Proven experience owning onboarding, activation, or growth-focused product initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams on APIs, platform architecture, and technical tradeoffs
Demonstrated ability to use data, experimentation, and business metrics to inform prioritization and product decisions
Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and growth optimization frameworks
Experience working cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Design, Analytics, and Data Science stakeholders
Familiarity with AI-enabled product capabilities, including the ability to evaluate AI use cases within customer onboarding and growth experiences
