About the Job
As a certified FSQ Forklift Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring our food safety and quality standards are met so every meal kit reaches customers in excellent condition. You will combine standard FSQ responsibilities with essential forklift operations to support seamless receiving and production.
Maintain an active forklift operator license per site training requirements.
Inspect inbound ingredients against specifications, log results, and log tickets promptly.
Required Skills & Abilities
Active certification and license as a trained Forklift Operator.
Completion of onboarding FSQ training.
Active HelloFresh Produce Certification.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work full shifts reliably as scheduled.
Solid basic math capabilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).
Proficiency with basic tablet and computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (10º - 40º). The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
