This role sits on the Talent & Learning team and reports to the Senior Manager of Learning & Development. The Onboarding Lead will have a direct impact on how new hires experience Klaviyo from the moment they accept an offer, while also shaping how our most senior leaders onboard and integrate into the company.

 
You have 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or people programs—ideally with a focus on onboarding, new hire experience, or large-scale program operations
You have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a global or distributed environment
You are a strong content developer with instructional design skills and experience building curriculum from scratch across multiple modalities
You use AI as a core part of how you work—not just as a productivity tool, but as a creative partner for building better, faster, and smarter; you are always experimenting with what's possible
You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
You are a clear, confident communicator who can facilitate engaging learning sessions and influence senior stakeholders
You are curious and data-driven—you measure what matters and use insights to improve program outcomes
You are energized by experimentation and continuous improvement and are comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
You are excited about the intersection of AI and learning and are actively staying at the edge of new tools, technologies, and approaches that can raise the bar for the employee experience
You're a strong collaborator who brings a team-first mindset and knows how to build trust across functions
You're excited to be a culture carrier, modeling Klaviyo's values and reinforcing them through every touchpoint of the onboarding experience

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
