The Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the cross-functional delivery of our most strategic portfolio of work in Platform Infrastructure. We are seeking an individual with a passion for technology, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Abilities
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment, with a focus on cyber security.
Track record of collaboration in order to manage and successfully deliver large-scale technology programs.
Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects
Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
Ability to influence and work through others within a matrix organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in a remote environment.
Passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions.
Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and focus on execution in a data-informed environment.
A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tooling.
Preferred degree in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

CSM, PSM or equivalent

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:
$108,000—$148,500 CAD
