Forecast performance based on team productivity

Hire, oversee, and train a team of Commercial Sales Managers
Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success
Develop and monitor effective outbound prospecting strategies to increase customer acquisition
Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement and surface best-practices
Provide regular and accurate revenue forecasting to your leadership team
Cross-collaborate with stakeholder departments to actualize on go-to-market strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals

Experienced in 6+ years of hi-tech, cycle direct sales
Able to accurately forecast team performance 
Passionate about coaching, mentorship, and team management
Proven in overseeing first-line managers in all areas of the sales cycle
Customer-centric with a strong track record of developing satisfied customers
Successful in working cross-functionally, leveraging strong organizational and time management expertise
