3+ years of experience producing live events, conferences, field marketing events, or brand experiences
Experience managing event logistics from planning through onsite execution
Familiarity with live event production, including AV, staging, run of show, and vendor coordination
Experience working with external vendors, venues, and production partners
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with registration, ticketing, and event technology platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional attendee experience
Experience producing B2B marketing events or conferences
Experience working at a SaaS or technology company
Experience supporting hybrid or livestreamed events
Familiarity with AI tools that improve event planning, production, or content creation
Experience with event platforms (e.g. Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, Goldcast, or similar)
Multilingual (French or German)

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $118,00 - $141,900 Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The
