Required Skills & Abilities
Practicing at the top of their license, in a model built around evidence-based, guideline-driven care
A true multidisciplinary team, working alongside pediatricians, specialty MDs, therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators around a shared patient
Flexibility, with part-time and full-time, remote-first roles that fit real life
Mission-driven work, closing the gap in access to pediatric specialty care for families everywhere, regardless of geography or insurance
We welcome interest from clinicians across the pediatric care continuum, including:
Pediatricians & Specialty Physicians — general pediatrics, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, child & adolescent psychiatry, and related specialties
Behavioral Health Clinicians — psychologists, licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Allied & Supporting Clinical Roles — Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, nutritionists/dietitians, RN care coordinators, and other clinical professionals supporting pediatric chronic care
