Own end-to-end calendar management with strong attention to accuracy, context-switching, and energy management

7+ years supporting VP or C-Suite leaders
Experience operating across a global business with complex international logistics
Exceptional discretion and judgment with confidential and sensitive information
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to analyze trade-offs and bring stakeholders along
Composure and grace under pressure in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Comfort with an in-person, office-centric hybrid schedule
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 97,000 CAD–110,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
