Key Responsibilities
Own responsibility for security, reliability and performance of HYPR’s product, including tracking, monitoring, and acting on the quality, stability, and performance of HYPR’s product
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering Managers to you to drive decisions on roadmap, technology choices, and engineering process
Implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and quality
Champion collaboration across the engineering, product management and product design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable services
Develop and expand talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies
Required Skills & Abilities
10+ years of software engineering or related experience, including experience leading a team of software engineers
Experience working in an environment delivering B2B client-centric services
Passionate about analyzing and solving deep technical challenges
Track record of building high-functioning teams and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
Worked with product and business stakeholders on large initiatives
Demonstrated success building culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability
Exceptional communicator and collaborator: can contribute to direction with management and effectively implement within the team
