This role is within Openmind, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in day to day operations and coordination and communication with key clients and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

• Lead the over-all strategic communication planning process that will address client’s business needs.
• Supervise team’s over-all output to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members of the team
• Appropriately delegate tasks to individual members of the team, ensuring that they are given adequate time, resources and training to perform the tasks.
• Conduct annual and interim appraisal of the team members in a thorough and professional manner.
• Build and maintain a productive relationship with client and team members
• Work with the client arrive at the best processes/ system for managing their business
• Work with other teams/departments to promote clients’ interest with strategically important media owners
• Take part in business development opportunities and provide insightful and comprehensive communications solutions for the agency and its clients. 
Skills and Experience 
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or Research – related course
5-10 years media/ comms planning experience

• Good understanding of media channels, both digital and traditional
• Passion for learning and openness to new challenges
• Must come with digital planning understanding
