This role is within WPP Media where you will be instrumental in performing Social campaigns for a portfolio of WPP Media clients as a Social Associate.

Lead the over-all strategic communication planning process that will address client’s business needs
Supervise team’s over-all output to ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring junior members of the team
Appropriate and delegate tasks to individual members of the team, ensuring that they are given adequate time, resources and training to perform the tasks
Conduct annual and interim review of team members in a thorough and professional manner
Build and maintain a productive relationship with clients and team members
Assist with fee and contract negotiation as well as other aspect of the business
Work with the client to arrive at the best processes/ system for managing their business
Work with other teams/departments to promote clients interest with strategically important media owners
Take part in new business pitches and provide insightful and comprehensive communications solutions for the agency and its clients
