Required Skills & Abilities
Significant experience in workplace, facilities, real estate or related operations, across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, compliance, risk management and emergency preparedness.
Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to support a team working across regions and time zones.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, projects and a broad group of stakeholders.
A service-focused approach and a genuine interest in employee experience, events and connection.
The ability and willingness to work from our Melbourne office four days each week.
Comfortable setting direction and also solving practical workplace issues as they arise.
Skilled at balancing global standards with local needs.
Able to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions about risk, service and cost.
Interested in improving workplace operations through clear processes and useful data.
Experience in a global technology or scale-up business, leading an office refit or relocation, producing events, or using workplace-management data would be useful. These are differentiators, not requirements.
