Manage and grow a team of Accomplished Account Executives in the Israeli market.

Proven sales leader with experience running high-performing SaaS sales teams.
Experienced to lead in a matrix organization
Growth mindset: resilient, curious, and motivated to build something extraordinary.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Experience designing and implementing scalable sales strategies and processes.
SaaS sales leadership experience.
Prior experience at an open-source or developer‐centric infrastructure company.
Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, traces) or security analytics (SIEM/XDR) use cases.
