As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate Director of Analytics who will:

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college, with a 3.0 GPA or equivalent, in Analytics or Technology, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in a data-based role, preferably within a media agency.
Exposure to the measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns, including A/B experimentation and test design, Brand Lift studies, control versus exposed experimental frameworks, and short-term media effectiveness evaluation.
Experience designing and evaluating Matched Market Tests (MMTs).
Experience managing a team and delegating effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Docs is a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Strong ability to present data in a visually engaging and insightful manner, clearly communicating the findings that matter.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong understanding of digital campaign data, including which data points can be collected and how to analyze them.
Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams and translating client needs into actionable analytical work.
