Strong hands-on experience designing &  developing enterprise software using Java with Springboot
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, server-side technologies and distributed system concepts(caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading)
Strong experience working with relational databases, ideally MySQL, PostgreSQL or GraphDB
Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting complex java codebase 
Passionate about writing clean, maintainable and scalable code with a deep focus on security
Solid experience with cloud infrastructure platforms particularly AWS and GCP 
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional(Product/Design/Quality) stakeholders across multiple geo-locations
Prior experience as an Architect/Technical Lead leading large scale architectural initiatives
Strong understanding of IAM protocols(FIDO, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, OAuth,  SCIM, OpenID Connect) and identity management best practices
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure coding practices, and certifications like CISSP or Security+.
Some experience with javascript frameworks and basic UI development
Prior experience building teams from ground-up
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
18+ years of software development experience, with at least 12+ years of experience designing and building enterprise grade software using Java at scale
