5+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, with strong experience in mobile app marketing.
Strong practical experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and/or DV360.
Strong understanding of:
Google UAC / App Campaigns
Google Search
Google Display Network (GDN)
Demand Gen
Meta App campaigns
Meta Conversion campaigns
DV360 App campaigns
DV360 Conversion campaigns
Strong understanding of app acquisition, attribution, conversion tracking, retargeting, and user-quality measurement.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working in a digital marketing/performance marketing agency is preferred.
Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer.
Working knowledge of Firebase Analytics.
Experience with other MMPs, analytics, or measurement platforms.
Understanding of app monetization models such as subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, and freemium.
Experience with SKAN, privacy-led measurement, incrementality, or modern mobile measurement frameworks.
Experience managing large-scale campaigns and significant media budgets.
