Significant experience across enterprise risk, operational risk or compliance within financial services, fintech or another highly regulated environment
Strong practical knowledge of risk governance, including risk committees, senior stakeholder engagement and regulatory interactions
Experience designing, implementing or operating enterprise risk or third party risk management frameworks
Practical knowledge of operational resilience, business continuity and crisis management
Strong understanding of risk and control concepts, regulatory expectations and contemporary risk management practices
Experience conducting risk assessments and control reviews, alongside incident, issue and risk reporting
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the confidence to work with complex information and data to identify meaningful insights
Clear and influential written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing risk reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders
The ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast moving environment
Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, business, law or a related discipline
A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
