Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts
Key Responsibilities
Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform
Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
Connect to your accounts ecosystem (stakeholders, influencers, partners, VC, PE, cloud providers etc)
Drive both technical and business discussions, adapting the narrative to the audience (C level, middle management, practitioner…) and persona (IT, Data & AI, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales…)
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data/AI solutions to customers across the DACH region (Digital Native experience is highly desirable)
Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data / AI technologies and their business value for the customer
Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
Master’s Degree or relevant work experience
Fluency in English and German is required
