We are seeking a motivated and commercially sharp lawyer to join our team as a Commercial Manager. This is an opportunity to move beyond a traditional legal role and develop deep commercial expertise by working directly with our Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Drive Strategic Deals: Work alongside senior leadership to structure, draft, and negotiate key customer, channel, and strategic partnership agreements that underpin our growth.
Lead High-Impact Negotiations: Take the lead on negotiating complex and high-value contracts, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and mitigate risk.
Shape Commercial Strategy: Provide critical commercial and legal insights on new business initiatives, product launches, and market entry strategies.
Manage Strategic Partnerships: Oversee our portfolio of POS partner agreements, leading negotiations for amendments and ensuring these relationships deliver maximum value.
Own the Commercial Framework: Develop and manage our contract management system, creating a single source of truth for all commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with our customer obligations.
Collaborate Across the Business: Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders (including Product, Sales, and Finance), providing expert guidance on contract interpretation and commercial best practices.
Optimizse Supplier Relationships: Oversee our strategic procurement and vendor management function, focusing on value, performance, and alignment with our commercial goals.

A qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in a reputable private practice or in-house team.
Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
An ambitious and proactive individual with a strong desire to transition from a purely legal role into a strategic commercial position.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker who can balance legal risk with commercial opportunity.
