Required Skills & Abilities
4-5 years proven experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain; good understanding of manufacturing/distribution centre operations.
Strong analytical skills: the ability to identify problems, investigate issues or discrepancies and recommend cost-effective solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, TMS, WMS, ERP systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately
Strong collaboration skills for working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with a knack for diplomatic problem-solving and resolving logistics bottlenecks under pressure.
Strong customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquiries or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
Strong organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure
