4+ years in customer marketing, field marketing, or events in B2B SaaS; healthcare IT preferred. 
A program builder who can run events and customer motions at the same time without dropping either. 
Comfort partnering closely with Customer Success and Sales. 
A reference and advocacy track record. 
An AI-first approach to scaling field and customer content. 
Ability to travel up to 25% travel 
Experience building a customer advocacy or reference program from scratch. 
Experience supporting diligence with customer proof points.
