3–5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting, public accounting, or financial operations in a high-growth, multi-state startup environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience); CPA is a strong plus.
Solid technical knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity consolidations, complex journal entries, and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience with modern cloud accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and spend platforms (Ramp, Bill.com, Rippling).
Direct exposure to ERP implementation projects and external financial audit preparation.
