2–4 years of healthcare billing experience working with insurance companies and EHR/PM systems (e.g., AthenaHealth, Epic, eClinicalWorks).
1–3 years of experience in a customer service setting.
In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance terminology.
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Prior billing experience in a behavioral health or pediatric healthcare setting.
