8+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience with significant leadership scope.
Hands-on leadership in delegated credentialing and multi-state payer enrollment execution.
Demonstrated success improving cash collections, lowering denial rates, and reducing A/R aging.
Deep functional expertise with major PM/EHR platforms such as AthenaHealth, Epic, or eClinicalWorks.
Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations undergoing rapid scaling or operational change.
Proven ability to manage, evaluate, and optimize external RCM vendor and technology partner relationships.
Behavioral health, mental health, or pediatric healthcare experience.
Background in management consulting, interim leadership, or organizational turnarounds.
