We are hiring a Group Account Supervisor responsible for managing and growing a book of business and for management of associated account team(s). You will set team direction ensuring the team has necessary resources and facilitate individual team member’s growth.

Qualified candidates will have meaningful experience managing a large Media AOR relationship within pharma/healthcare. This role is the ideal fit for someone who is media-fluent but fundamentally a strong account leader:

Bachelor’s Degree
7 years of agency experience
May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
Local to Boston, MA
Pharma/healthcare agency launch experience
Leadership
Communication
Analytical and Strategic Thinking
Flexibility

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
