The Inside Channel Development Representative is responsible for enabling and supporting non-managed partners by providing timely, high-quality assistance across licensing, product inquiries, and partner program engagement. Provide reactive support to non-managed partners within defined SLAs (48 hours), including licensing and product-related inquiries
Assist partners in progressing and closing Veeam deals
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding by enrolling and activating new partners in the Veeam ProPartner Network
Collaborate with Distribution Managers and internal teams to efficiently manage partner requests
Build and maintain strong knowledge of Veeam products and their value for partners
Promote adoption of the ProPartner Portal and Partner University
Support partner engagement initiatives, including reactivation campaigns and outreach activities
Keep partners informed about Veeam promotions, updates, and news
Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, messaging, phone)
Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
