Report to: Manager, Gene Production Operations, Singapore
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the Lean Manufacturing system in the gene synthesis/production department.
Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or related fields.
Possess data analysis skills, proficient in operating Office, Visio, and other software, with strong problem analysis and solving abilities.
Possesses certain planning, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with clear logical thinking.
Possess a result-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
Good proficiency in both Chinese and English communication (required for cross-regional collaboration)
