Lead the development of identity management products for Zscaler
Designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java
Ensuring code quality by writing and maintaining unit, integration, and performance tests; monitor, debug, and optimize system performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes like sprint planning and retrospectives
Participating in on-call rotation to support a highly available engineering platform and ensure compliance with federal guidelines

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
Deep proficiency in enterprise Java, object-oriented programming (OOP/OOA), systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring.
Good understanding of CI/CD tools and processes
Hands-on experience with SQL and Postgres
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Experience implementing AIOps, AI-driven predictive scaling, or automated anomaly detection to optimize cloud infrastructure performance and reliability
Strong understanding of DevOps automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container infrastructure
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, or SSO
