As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of active client roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates through to placement. You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and directly with clients, using our internal tools (Ashby, the Cost & Salary Calculator, AI-sourcing tools) to move quickly and accurately. In 6 months, success looks like running multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, consistently hitting shortlist turnaround targets, and actively improving how the team uses AI day to day.
Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination
Use AI tools daily to speed up sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
Build and manage talent pipelines across LatAm and South Africa
Keep the Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers accurate and up to date
