At Superpower, we believe in deletion: fewer options, fewer steps, fewer words. Your job is to make complex health information feel simple and inviting in a single frame.

Design static ad creative for Meta, Google and other paid channels, at volume and at quality

Bring ideas to creative brainstorms and help shape concepts, angles and testing strategy
Make copy tweaks and headline adjustments alongside the growth team so the words and visuals work as one
Build variations for testing across hooks, layouts, formats and audiences
Adapt winning concepts across placements and sizes (feed, stories, display)
Rapidly iterate based on performance data — what works gets refined, what doesn’t gets rethought
Collaborate with growth and brand to keep paid creative consistent with the Superpower look and feel
Build and maintain a library of ad templates and components that help the team ship faster

3–6+ years of experience in performance creative, marketing design or paid social design, at a startup, agency or in-house team
A portfolio of static ads that shows strong visual craft and a clear point of view
Mastery of Figma
An eye for typography, layout and hierarchy that makes information effortless to consume
Comfort with data-informed design — you can balance creative ambition with conversion performance
Speed. You can produce high-quality work quickly and don’t get paralyzed by options
A good ear for copy and a feel for what makes an ad concept land
Collaborative and direct. You thrive in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment
Experience with health, wellness or DTC brands
Experience with A/B testing and performance creative optimization
Photography direction or editing skills
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative analytics tools like Motion
