If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
4+ years of experience in Ad Operations or campaign trafficking
Proven experience in team setup, people management, and process development
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (agency, media, or ad tech)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)
Ability to manage workload and mentor team members effectively
Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred
