<p><span data-contrast="auto">Your focus will be turning our brand strategy into clear, practical creative direction that works in-market. This means defining how the brand comes to life across ads, creators, and content formats in a way that is consistent, distinctive, and effective.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to bring that direction to life through high-quality short-form video and social creative. In partnership with the paid social team, you will help define the creative testing roadmap, using campaign insights and performance learnings to understand what resonates and continuously improve creative effectiveness over time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
