You will advocate for using technology to solve complex customer problems, while being empathetic and consultative with our internal and external customers. You will need to be comfortable navigating a complex and fast moving regulatory environment, providing leadership and thoughtful paths forward. The outcome will be genuine social and customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
Leading, focusing and prioritising a high performing product squad of UX, Data and Engineering team members towards a strategic goal
Understanding user goals and expectations when coming to our marketplace, then working to build an industry leading customer experience
Using your strong people and leadership skills to collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, finance, legal engineering and data teams
Understanding a complex regulatory environment across the NDIS, Support at Home and more
Balancing customer, engineering and commercial requirements to build a prioritised backlog and roadmap
Testing both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses quickly, in order to iterate quickly and grow the business
Storytelling your squad’s amazing product experience internally and externally
Required Skills & Abilities
5+ years experience in a consumer SaaS, e-commerce or marketplace product
Deep knowledge and understanding of analytics tools and reporting, with a proven track record of data driven decision making
Comfortable in an agile environment, including working closely with engineering to groom backlogs and line up sprints
Ability to take insights from strong stakeholders and bring them on a journey through to a well scoped yet delightful outcome
You enjoy talking to your customer and getting their insights and feedback
You seek to understand the problem for the immediate customer as well as the implications to internal and external stakeholders
Experience with a regulated environment is a plus
